Vaughn III, MBA Director, Office of Diversity & Community Relations, University of Tennessee Knoxville, Haslam College of Business for a conversation titled, “Understanding Bias”, directed towards building a more welcoming and inclusive environment for all community members.
Learning the differentiation between implicit and explicit bias
Providing tools and resources to examine and challenge personal bias
Identification of practices that provide for a welcoming and inclusive environment
Promoting of ways to enhance transparency and open dialogue about cultural differences
